**About the role**
- This is a Permanent Part-Time position.
- Monday to Wednesday business hours (Work from home on occasions)
- Kings Park Office
**Responsibilities of the Role**
- Processing of fortnightly Payroll
- Managing Payroll reporting
- Taking employee calls and addressing payroll queries
- Assisting senior payroll officer as required
- Preparation of Tax payments and tax processing
- Administer employee payroll and records, including engagement, deductions, superannuation allowances, reimbursements, leave and other related matters.
- Calculate and pay superannuation
- Ensure all relevant awards are adhered to
**Your Skills and Experience**
To be successful in the role, you will require the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Payroll
- MYOB and Keypay experience highly regarded
- Previous experience with SCHADS Award is desirable
- Advanced ability in MS Excel essential. Intermediate ability with the MS Office suite of products such as Word, Outlook and SharePoint
- The successful applicant will also need to be a highly motivated individual, capable of working autonomously, have great interpersonal skills and a solution focused attitude.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (this role has been identified as a risk assessed role)
- Experience in the healthcare industry (desirable)
