**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Supply Chain & Distribution Manager** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of client goods within our warehouse. You will ensure that all processes run smoothly, stock levels are maintained, and customer requirements are met while adhering to company standards and policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies for managing client goods, ensuring cost-effective and timely distribution.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock movements, ensuring inventory systems are up to date.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely deliveries and meet client requirements.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of warehouse processes, minimizing disruptions.
- Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure all distribution needs are met on time.

**Required/Preferred Experience**:

- Experience in warehouse and distribution management, preferably within a logistics or freight forwarding setting.
- Proficiency with inventory management and tracking systems.
- Experience in coordinating with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely deliveries and cost-efficiency.
- Ability to maintain operational efficiency and comply with safety and procedural standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in customer communication and issue resolution.
