About the Full Time position

Are you a confident communicator with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for driving operational excellence? We're on the lookout for a proactive and motivated Distribution Network Supervisor to join our team.

In this key role, you'll be the vital link between IVE Distribution and our national field network — ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client marketing collateral. You'll manage Area Representatives, lead audits, support recruitment, and champion continuous improvement across the network.

What you'll be doing:

  • Administrative support monitoring and maintaining our Field network of contracted Distributors.
  • Fielding calls and emails to recruit and manage distributors for our distribution network
  • Liaise with couriers/transport contacts.
  • Identify network growth opportunities and support contractor recruitment
  • Conduct audits and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Monitor performance, coach others, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
  • Drive improvement initiatives across the distribution network
