The Opportunity

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a driven Warehouse or Distribution Supervisor to lead our night shift team at Erskine Park, NSW. Reporting to the NSW Distribution Manager, the successful candidate will supervise and coordinate all aspects of the distribution night shift activities and personnel to achieve distribution targets and customer service excellence ensuring that the business needs are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring all safety health and environment policies and procedures are adhered to as well as:

  • Supervise and coordinate night shift distribution activities and staff.
  • Lead, mentor and develop team leaders and forklift operators.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock control.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are upheld across the site.
  • Maintain effective communication between shifts and internal departments.
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives within the warehouse.
  • Ensure all safety, health and environment policies and procedures are adhered to.

The Successful Candidate

To be successful in this role you will be a strong team player, outcome focused with a 'can do' attitude. Your flexible, positive and enthusiastic approach will ensure strong leadership and motivation. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are hands on, co-ordinating work in a safe and efficient manner. You will ideally have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in distribution or warehousing.
  • Proven supervisory or team leader experience.
  • Certificate IV in Frontline Management (mandatory).
  • Forklift licence (mandatory); Cert III in Warehousing & Distribution (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive approach to safety, teamwork, and process improvement.
