Supply and Distribution Manager

Sydney, NSW

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + Super

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply and Distribution Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organising, directing, and coordinating the supply, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the supply chain process from procurement through to distribution.
  • Manage storage, stock levels, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement efficient supply and distribution strategies.
  • Coordinate logistics and transportation to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
  • Lead, support, and manage warehouse and logistics teams.

About You:

  • Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution management.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of WHS and compliance requirements.
