At TOMRA we are all about Clean Loop Recycling Our reverse vending technology enables the collection of used drink containers to ensure that containers have the best chance of being turned back into containers again. It is part of a continuous recycling process which we call Clean Loop Recycling, to ensure that fewer resources are used, less energy is wasted, and containers do not end up in our oceans, streets, or landfill. We’re proud to be collecting containers across Australia, with over 320 collection points across NSW. In addition, we have state-of-the-art Recycling Centres in Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia and Victoria.

Our highly valued Service Centre Team are the nerve-centre of the TOMRA operation across NSW and Australia. From monitoring our systems to minimise downtime, coordinating onsite maintenance and repairs, they also provide our Australian customers a great experience with queries and complaints.

This tight knit team bring their individual personalities to the role every day and are seeking fellow team mates to assist during our peak period. **_ This is a full time role in a business that operates 7 days a week. Our Service Centre is operational between the hours of 7:00am - 10:00pm daily._**

**_ You will be located in the TOMRA Sydney office in St Leonards and will work on a shift-based roster._**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Engaging in an informative training program to learn all about TOMRA
- Provide hotline technical support to partners and colleagues in the field
- Monitor systems and run diagnostics via a web-based portal
- Interact with technicians, colleagues and partners visiting sites
- Analyse anomalies and take corrective actions
- Perform configurations and changes to the machines remotely online

**Qualifications** What makes a great Customer Service Operator at TOMRA**:

- A passion for customer service
- Effective time management skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience with customer relationship management systems or similar
