Our client is an is a multinational financial services corporation focusing on the benefits of technology beyond other payments methods. They operate the world’s fastest payment processing network, connecting consumers, other financial institutions, merchants, governments, and businesses in more than 210 locations and territories.

**About the Role**

We are seeking passionate Customer Service Representatives. You will be mainly handling all inbound calls. Earning $34.92 per hour + Super + Penalty Rates.

Some of your other responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with customer queries in a timely manner
- Providing exceptional service to all customers
- Adding value to the team culture and environment of the workplace
- Ensuring all notes, information and data are tracked on the system appropriately

**About you**
- Call Centre experience with a passion for providing outstanding service
- Must be fluent in **English, Mandarin & Cantonese or Japanese Keigo & English**:

- Basic knowledge of departmental procedures
- Excellent **written & verbal communication skills** and telephone manner
- High level of interpersonal relationship skills
- Intermediate level of computer literacy - MS Office - Word, Excel, typing & keyboard skills.
- Ability to problem solve & multitask in real time
- Work on a **rotating roster 24/7,** meaning you need to be available Monday - Sunday, all day.
