**About the role**

We are on the hunt for an experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team in this permanent opportunity. You’ll get to help to deliver new products and services to market via our external website - take some time to check it out: ahm

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Prioritising and taking ownership of the digital roadmap, improving performance and enabling ahm to reach its goals
- Using analytics and gathering Market and Customer insights to guide product development.
- Being the go-to person for your stream across ahm, Medibank as well as with external partners.
- Defining metrics for success to enable the delivery squads to build and deploy meaningful and value adding solutions.
- Contributing to continuously improving the group, working closely with developers, UX designers and business stakeholders.

**Now, who are you?**
Enough about us, let’s talk about youyou are excited by digital product management and aren’t afraid to roll your sleeves up when the time comes. You’re a little bit obsessive about understanding customers and getting to know what makes them tick.

Ideally you will come to us with demonstrated experience as a product manager or owner in a complex environment, with a customer-facing audience. You’ll have experience working in agile delivery, and be used to working with all sorts of stakeholders to get things done. Experience in digital test and learn practices would be a big advantage too.

You are a people person who gets a kick out working together to solve challenging problems, and loves the opportunity to colour outside the lines here and there. You’ll join a great team, but at the same time be content to run your own show and work in a self-directed manner.

You will bring your previous learnings to this role and promote a culture of empowerment, accountability and curiosity - and most importantly, fun
