**About Us**

Dynamic Staffing Solutions is a Victorian based business that is seeking an Account Manager to join our driven and supportive team. We have clients all over Australia with a heavy presence in Victoria and this role will see you sourcing new business across a variety of different industries and managing accounts.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Visit clients and manage requirements, forecasting, performance and safety
- Preparing advertisements, shortlisting, and phone screening
- Database management (RecruitOnline), adding notes and filling orders

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Personable, enjoys dealing with people and has strong ability to build rapport with new and existing clients
- Initiative, flexibility and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High levels of self-motivation and initiative
- Takes ownership of and accountability for one's work is required in this role
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organisation skills
- Demonstrated strong administration skills and ability to multitask and work within competing priorities

Most of all you must enjoy working with a variety of temporary and permanent roles in manufacturing, transport, logistics, trades, customer service, administration.
