**What are we after**:
The Senior Change and Communications Manager role will support a Data Safety program focused on sustainable data governance, data safety initiatives and management practices, regulatory obligations and education and awareness.

Activity of the role:

- Developing and executing on change management plans for projects and change initiatives focused on data safety and working cross-functionally.
- Development of communication plans and writing of clear communications relevant to change initiatives.
- Gather and analyse customer and colleague impact data and work with respective stakeholder groups. Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
- Formulate and deliver change approaches to effectively engage and transition employees.
- Proactively forecast and plan for end-to-end initiative change management design and delivery success.
- Proactively work with the business to map out key risks in initiative change implementation and derive appropriate mitigations.
- Provide change delivery engagement and collaboration across multiple parallel running projects within the Portfolio, as required.

Requirements,
- Experience in leading change for large and diverse audiences in a complex environment.
- A minimum of 7 years of complex organisational change management experience, including experience within financial services / insurance.
- Strong communications planning and execution capability.
- Demonstrated strong capability to drive end to end behaviour change.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement capability at all levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- A team player who is ‘Ready for Anything’.
