**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced and creative **Marketing Specialist** to lead, design and coordinate marketing initiatives that support our company’s growth and brand development.
This position plays a key role in strategic planning, market research, and digital communications — ensuring our marketing strategies effectively reach and engage a diverse, multicultural audience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
- Conduct market research, analyse trends, and prepare insightful reports to guide business decisions.
- Create and manage engaging content for both Western and Asian social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo, RedNote).
- Coordinate advertising, media placements, sponsorships, and promotional events.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, prepare analytical reports, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful marketing outcomes.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or digital media management.
- Proven skills in digital content creation, campaign management, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **both English and Mandarin**.
- Familiarity with Western and Asian social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo, RedNote).
- Experience in marketing within service-based industries (finance, property, or consulting) will be highly regarded.
- Strong project management, analytical, and organisational skills.
