As a **Supply Officer**, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by working closely with both internal and external key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include managing stock levels to ensure availability, packing and lodging spares shipments, implementing quarantine actions in line with procedures, and overseeing the storage and shipping of dangerous goods. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn about our dynamic industry and contribute to our growing organisation. The ideal person will be customer-focused, with the ability to liaise effectively with vendors and suppliers to resolve discrepancies on received shipments.

**Essential criteria**:

- Available to work in a shift roster pattern across a 24 hour span of hours
- Unrestricted drivers licence
- Experience working in a stores/warehousing or similar safety sensitive environment
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
- Current Forklift licence would be advantageous
- Dangerous goods certificate would also be advantageous as well as working knowledge of IAS software.
- Experience in issue and receipt of aeronautical products is desirable
