**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced Supply Officer to join our busy Supply Department on a Fulltime basis.

In this position you will work in a team that is responsible for the efficient operation of the stores section of the Supply Department. You will receive, stores and distribute medical and general stores throughout the hospital. You will be required to unload vehicles, unpack cartons, check stock and pick, pack and deliver as directed to various departments in the hospital. All quickly and with a high degree of accuracy.

**About You**

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience working in a warehouse/stores including using computerised stock control system.
- Proven ability to be highly accurate in a busy stores environment
- A positive “can do” attitude with ability to take responsibility.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Demonstrated good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven commitment to safety, continual quality improvement and a strong customer focus
- Proven ability to liaise, negotiate and problem solve with various stakeholders

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a medical/hospital environment
- Forklift qualification
- Qualification in Purchasing or SAP

**Remuneration**

Depending upon experience and qualification between $58,000 and $61,500/annum.
