**Supply Officer: Permanent full-time** **role**.
- Flexibility to handle **rotating shifts, including on-call duties as well as weekends and evening shifts**, is essential for this role

**About the Role**

In this position you will work in a team that is responsible for the efficient operation of the stores section of the Supply Department.
- You will receive, stores and distribute medical and general stores throughout the hospital.
- You will be required to unload vehicles, unpack cartons, check stock and pick, pack and deliver as directed to various departments in the hospital. All quickly and with a high degree of accuracy.
- This is a hands on, demanding & responsible position.

**Working hours are usually Monday-Friday - flexibility of start & finish times is important.**

**About You**

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience working in a warehouse/stores including using computerised stock control system.
- Proven ability to be highly accurate in a busy stores environment
- A positive “can do” attitude with ability to take responsibility.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Demonstrated good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Proven ability to liaise, negotiate and problem solve with various stakeholders.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a medical/hospital environment
- Forklift qualification
- Qualification in Purchasing or SAP.

**Remuneration**:On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $30.49 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

**Requirements**:
