**The Business**
GenusPlus Group (ASX:GNP) is an end to end service provider for essential power and telecommunications infrastructure. **The Role**
GenusPlus Group consists of several entities that are supported through our agile and collaborative group services. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate HR Officer to join the team at our Head Office in Belmont, WA.

**ob Tasks and Responsibilities**
Reporting directly to the Group General Manager - Human Resources, the Graduate HR Officer’s purpose is to carry out the required administrative duties of the HR function, which includes payroll. You will support the HR functions that govern the employee lifecycle, industrial relations processes, policies, vision and strategy which contribute to the achievement of GenusPlus Group’s goals.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Support the administration of Human Resources and Payroll activities throughout the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, engagement, remuneration & benefits, payroll, performance, training & development, succession planning, separation).
- Assist in the development and maintenance of registers, HRMS systems, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with the interpretation of Awards, Enterprise Agreements, relevant legislation and industry best practice.
- Assist with HR and Payroll related queries, as required.
- Stakeholder relationship management.
**Essential Skills / Qualifications**
- Currently undertaking or recent completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (or similar discipline)
- Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety
- Current National Police Clearance
- High level of attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s Licence - “C” Class.
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently using own initiative and within a cohesive team environment
- Good judgement and a flexible approach
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities
- The willingness and ability to assist a variety of stakeholders all at levels
**Desirable Skills**
- Exposure to the utilities, resources or construction industries
- Exposure to the administration of company processes and policies
- Awareness of relevant legislative, governance and compliance requirements
