**About the Role**:
This is a perfect opportunity for a **HR Graduate** to join a reputable high-profile contracting company for our 2024 and 2025 intakes. As part of our HR team, you will work in a diverse environment with the opportunity to be involved in various subsidiaries across the NRW Holdings Group.

During the 18-month structured Graduate Program, you will gain exposure to multiple facets of the core HR business processes to build upon your skills and knowledge. The position rotates across Advisory, Learning & Development and Recruitment with available electives that include Organisational Development, Remuneration and Benefits, Systems and Reporting and Payroll.

You will also be provided with the opportunity to benefit from our tailored leadership training courses designed for those interested in advancing into leadership roles.

**As a HR Graduate, you will be responsible for but not limited to**:

- Providing assistance to the HR Advisory, L&D and Recruitment teams.
- Participate in employee relations and industrial relations matters
- Provide accurate and timely reports, information and advice as required such as end of month reporting, training gap analysis and mobilisation updates
- Providing assistance in drafting HR correspondence
- Conducting research on topics as requested by the HR teams
- Coordinating and executing HR-related projects as allocated
- Contributing to the development, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures
- Assisting with onboarding/mobilisation of employees
- Ad hoc administration tasks as required

**To be considered for this position, you will require**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
- 1-2 years' experience within the resources industry is advantageous or relevant vacation placements but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to collaborate within a team environment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Hold a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and credibility
