What this job involves

JLL is taking expressions of interests for a Infrastructure Reporting Analyst to join the Value and Risk Advisory team in Melbourne.

The Analyst works closely with the Public Service Valuations and wider Valuations and Risk Advisory team, with the aim of positioning JLL’s national Value and Risk Advisory team as a market leader.

The primary focus on the role is to assist the Public Service Valuations team in providing timely and well-developed infrastructure analysis to support infrastructure-related Public Service Valuations

**Snapshot of the role**:
Conduct research and analysis of public sector infrastructure projects, including costings and technical analysis.
Prepare reports and presentations on project findings.
Conduct inspections of infrastructure assets and projects.
Provide technical support to infrastructure valuations. This may include conducting research, cost and technical analysis, and preparing reports.
Analyse and interpret data related to infrastructure assets and projects.
Contribute to the development of new and innovative solutions to infrastructure reporting

Desired experience and technical skills

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Reporting Analyst who is enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join the team. Here are some of the skills and experience we are looking for in this role.
Tertiary qualifications in engineering
At least 12 months of infrastructure/engineering experience
Tertiary qualifications in accounting (desired)
Current Open Drivers Licence

The salary range for this role is from $75k to $85k (inc super)
