**Position Summary**:

- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and supervise Stewards to ensure efficient clean-up processes.
- Assist Stewarding Manager ensuring the quality, consistency and production of food in all areas of responsibility.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing stations, and trash compactors.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests, providing exceptional service.
- Follow and ensure compliance with sanitation and cleaning procedures, Report maintenance issues and ensure proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
