**About the role**:
Join the team at one of Melbourne’s most prestigious hotels We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor to support the Chief Steward in leading a large team and ensuring top-tier service across our F&B operations. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-end hospitality and know how to drive team performance, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the stewarding team
- Manage rosters, delegate tasks, and handle administrative duties
- Train and support team members to uphold professional standards and kitchen requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas and ensure team compliance
- Ensure all food safety and WHS protocols are followed at all times
- Oversee the care and maintenance of dishwashing equipment and kitchen tools
- Keep kitchen storerooms clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a senior stewarding role within a 4-5 star hotel or high-volume F&B environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety (HACCP) and WHS standards
- Proven ability to meet high service, safety, and quality benchmarks
- Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster
- Motivated, reliable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards
