**What this opportunity involves**:
JLL is seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator/Administrator to support the efficient operation of two commercial Sydney sites and manage financial aspects of the AUS portfolio for a large Banking client. This role is crucial for soft and hard service delivery while maintaining a safe, functional, and pleasant work environment.
**An overview of the role**:

- Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations across both Sydney sites
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance
- Provide finance administration support for the AUS portfolio
- Assist with monthly reporting and attend vendor meetings
- Support retail Facilities Managers with administrative tasks

**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Corporate Office environment
- Facilities support experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail
- Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving skills
