Corporate Receptionist

**Job Description** Foster Engagement and Productivity**

Do you have a passion for coordinating Corporate onsite floor Facilities mixed with providing exemplary customer service? If so, we want you to join our team

You will be part of our Corporate Reception team based at one of our prestigious national clients at Barangaroo.

The role will be offered on a permanent full time basis working Monday to Friday, rotating shifts from 7.30am to 4.00pm and 9.30am to 6.00pm. You must be available to work both shifts. Salary is $65,000 + Super.

You will contribute to our success by overseeing seamless meeting room and booking coordination, incoming call management, event coordination using specific event management software, audio visual support, general administrative duties all the while being the ultimate communicator to our guests and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check
