This is a great opportunity to work as part of a cohesive team in a prestigious organisation. A true partnering function, the HR team is all about integrity, community and people experience.

The P&C Advisor works closely with the broader HR team and reports to the HR Leader. An end-to-end role, the P&C Advisor helps deliver timely people services and excellent advice to the business. Whilst you will have regular guidance and direction from an experienced leader, this role will be required to think and operate autonomously and with confidence. There will be the opportunity to work on key HR projects and initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter, confident in providing day to day advice across an array of people matters and comfortable in helping drive process improvement. Working as part of a larger HR team, you will be collaborative, diligent and attentive to the needs of the business.
