**Here’s what we need from you**:

- Degree qualified (Software Engineering, IT or Natural Resource discipline) or close to qualification
- Previous support desk team lead experience preferred
- A strong interest in software products

We would like to hear from you if you are experienced in working on and leading a software service/help desk.

**The fine print of this gig**: You will report to the EnviroSys Support Manager and be based at our Adelaide office. Your role will be to lead the support team while also providing service desk and other support services for our Environmental data management software product EnviroSys. Tasks will include:

- Management of support ticket queue including SLAs and priorities
- Support ticket triage
- Manage the on-call roster
- Take service desk phone calls
- Perform customer installation health checks
- Perform Level 1, 2, and 3 incident resolution
