**Scheduling Coordinator - Technical/IT Services - Hybrid - Melbourne** **H&L POS is looking to hire an engaging and self-motivated scheduling coordinator to join an established business which sells POS technology solutions to the pub, restaurant, and bottle shop sectors within the Australian hospitality industry.** We are looking for an engaging and high-achieving Account Manager to join an established business selling POS technology solutions to the pub, restaurant, and bottle shop sectors within the SA hospitality industry. In this full-time role you will be responsible managing existing customers as well as discovering and pursuing new opportunities across South Australia. **Here is a little window into our company**:H&L POS are currently providing a point-of-sale solution to over 2500 clients across Australia. Leading in the pub sector with large accounts such as ALH, Rockpool, AVC, Solotel, and much more. H&L POS is an Aspire Software company has been the leading provider of point-of-sale and inventory management solutions to the hospitality and food and beverage industry for over 30 years and is embarking on a new era of product growth, building a new generation of POS (Point of Sale) and Inventory Management software solutions. While at H&L we're regarded as a leading systems developer, we're first and foremost hospitality people. **What your day will look like**: **The focus of this role is to manage the end-to-end process for**: - Allocation of service requests to the Field Operation team members - Liaise booking and schedules with customers to ensure expectations are met - Review and report on utilisation - Ensure alignment on jobs and corresponding service reports for billing purposes - Coordinating and maintaining policies, procedures and standards **We are looking for someone who has skills and experience in the following**: - Tasks allocation depending on case severity / geographic location / remote or on-site services - Ability to adapt to unexpected situations and re-prioritise accordingly - Manage appointments and schedules for over 10 technicians based in various states - A dedicated team player with exceptional relationship-building skills - Review progress and track next steps for specific large projects - Excellent written and oral communication skills - High level of professional integrity and ethics **About You**: - Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role - Languages: English fluent - Experience with Project management tools (e.g. Asana) - CRM Salesforce - Support ticketing tool (e.g., Team Support, Zen Desk) - Legally authorized to work in Australia You will be looking for a competitive salary that includes a bonus schedule based on performance, and want the flexibility of a Hybrid "office/work from home."
