400 Gradi is looking for an experienced **casual** **Floor / Waiter** to join our team

We're looking for a **FOH hospitality**champion who want to build a long term career with us by joining our busy vibrant team at our Brunswick East location.
- **Required**
- Experience within a fast paced, high-pressure restaurant venues
(minimum 1 year experience on the floor is necessary)
- Must be availability for night shifts and weekends.
- **Salary** - Casual award, $31.19 - A$32.31 / Hour.
- **Location**:

- Brunswick East -15 hours minimum weekly.

**The FoH role** is hands-on and detail-focused. Italian cuisine knowledge is a plus, but training is provided. Applicants need great communication, initiative, and a friendly, professional attitude. Must be well-groomed, able to multitask under pressure, and available on a flexible roster including weekends.
