**The Position**
The Training Coordinator is accountable for Rolling Stock training administration and coordination activities to support work processes and training requirements to ensure training can be delivered and recorded safely, effectively, systematically and efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Training Manager, this position will
- Maintain effective systems and processes for the administration, filing and controlling training and assessment documents.
- Ensure all training documents are relevant, consistent, catalogued and easily accessible for all users.
- Assist the Training Team with maintaining data collection and contribute to the ongoing development of accurate data collation, recording and reporting following various National Regulations.
- Manage and direct training-related enquiries from other MTM divisions and external commercial companies.
- Assist with coordinating external training requirements for Rolling Stock.
- Support the Rolling Stock Training Team with research, development and improvement training material.
- Identify potential opportunities and implement actions continually improving training administrative, data collation, reporting and delivery processes.
- Document, maintain and audit training rooms, electronic and general equipment utilised by the Training Team.
- Assist the Training Manager with regular internal and external audits.
- Assist the Training Manager with regular reporting responsibilities to the State Government and other Stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Relevant business administration qualification
- Excellent administrative skills, particularly concerning accuracy, multitasking and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
