**About You**

You are a customer centric, "people's person", who strikes a balance between process, time management, with a strong attention to detail. You enjoy taking responsibility for all aspects of administration, with "people first" as your motto, driving support to your colleagues when needed, as well as responding to all admin inquires. You strive to go the extra mile in supporting our business' and bring a "breath of fresh air" to our reception, being the first, front face of contact.

**What You Need**
- At least 2 years Customer Service/Reception experience is required for this role, along with a bright personable disposition as the first port of call at Pensar/RSK
- Complaint resolution skills, and a well organised work style
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Be able to work autonomously
- Be willing to work out of our HQ - West End location (Free parking all around site) with the mindset of moving to our new office in the Fortitude Valley (In December)
- Attention to detail is imperative
- Strong time management skills
- A positive and professional attitude and approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of working to strict deadlines
