The Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Norwood. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values attention to detail, and wants to build a long-term career in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of property maintenance: work orders, quotes, and insurance claims
  • Conduct inspections (routine, ingoing, and outgoing) and oversee make-good compliance
  • Communicate confidently with landlords, tenants, trades, and insurers
  • Handle lease renewals, arrears management, and tenant communications
  • Build strong relationships to ensure positive outcomes for all stakeholders

What We're Looking For
  • Current Real Estate License (essential)
  • Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Experience in commercial or residential property management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, detail-driven, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Cirrus8 knowledge an advantage
  • A team player with a positive, professional attitude
