**About the role**:
We have an opportunity for a Supplier Management Lead to join the team and oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive supplier management framework, operating model design, and change management strategies for CPS 230 readiness and embedment. This is an exciting, 12 month contract whereby you will be reporting into the Procurement team who are responsible for managing the Material Service Provider workstream of the CPS230 project.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Lead within the project, you will develop the supplier management framework in collaboration with key stakeholders. This will include designing the supplier management operating model for responsible Hubs, developing policies and procedures and determining workflows and metrics to manage supplier performance. The role also includes supporting the uplift of CPS 230 contractual clauses, facilitating training and change management efforts, and ensuring stakeholders understand their role in managing supplier relationships. Additionally, the Supplier Management Lead will drive continuous improvement, develop centralized reporting, and provide regular updates to senior leadership and governance committees.

**About you**

You will have 3+ years of experience in a similar supplier management lead role or have worked in a mature Procurement function, with a strong understanding of governance frameworks, APRA regulations, and the end-to-end contract and supplier management process. You will be skilled in building relationships, presenting effectively, and managing and executing multiple priorities. Experience in developing frameworks, third-party risk and supplier performance management is essential. Desirable qualifications include experience in APRA compliance, project management, and knowledge of the healthcare or insurance industry. Familiarity with Ariba and SAP Procure to Pay and Source to contract systems is a plus.
