About the role:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership at the facility with a key focus on resident care planning, AN-ACC, quality assurance and continuous improvement, maintaining accreditation standards and overseeing the  provision of specialist nursing care to residents.

About you:

  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing with current APHRA registration
  • Minimum of 3yrs previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and a broad knowledge of AN-ACC and Accreditation processes
  • IPC - Foundations of Infection Prevention and Control Training is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Respect, empathy and a passion for Aged Care
