Service Administrator

- Monday to Friday
- 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm
- 11+ months temporary role - possible extension
- Perth Airport location
**The Client**
Well established design and manufacturing company in Perth has an excellent opportunity for a talented Service Administrator with experience in the automotive, mining or trucking industry, to join their team.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Completing supplier invoicing
- Accounts payable duties
- Scheduling services
- Answering telephone calls
- Completing safety compliance administration
- Entering and controlling Technician timesheets
- Assisting with payroll for approximately 50 staff
- Supporting the Service Advisors and Workshop Manager with account issues and day-to-day workload
- Providing customer service support to the well-established customer base
- Arranging training and keeping accurate records for Technicians
- Mail management
- Adhoc duties as required
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Demonstrated service administration in a similar industry, automotive or trucking
- ERP experience, and preferably with Movex along with Intermediate skills in Word and Excel
- An understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable is desirable as well as familiarity with financial processes/accounts and purchase orders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, upbeat attitude and be proactive
- World-class interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers
