Driving optimal performances & operational strategies

Prior city hotel experience with impeccable operational background benchmarking standards & services

Deputising the general manager in his/her absence

True facilitator to guest service experiences & quality control

Constantly reinventing the guest service experience

Strong organisational and operational skills and must be a natural leader

Showcase excellent operational understanding of hotel operations including F&B and Rooms division

**YOUR expertise**:
**Super strong in guest service awareness-Creates unique ‘surprise’ culture for VIP’s**

**Directing larger F&B teams to success and operational awareness**

**Creates harmony in the workforce**

**Must understand concepts of guests looking for the ‘extraordinary’ & how do deliver it**

**Excellent training and development successes**

**Motivated personality & host, able to communicate with many VIP's, dignities, owners etc**

**Salary**: From $125,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- F&B: 7 years (required)
- Rooms Division: 2 years (required)
- 5 Star Hotel: 4 years (required)
