**Job Description**:
The Crew Coordinator's (CC) key responsibility is department administration and support. The Crew Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Crew Managers (CMs) in their role as people manager for the creative teams. The CC supports the CMs with the management of the Artists teams and helps to drive the long-term success of one or more departments.
- Supporting CMs with DASH publish
- Assisting with ensuring timesheets are completed by the team in a timely and accurate manner
- Supporting with the approval of timesheets as well as reporting on department OT requests
- Reporting on artists’ presence including publishing Sick / Late / Holiday reports
- Assisting with annual leave planning for the team
- Point of communication and escalation for artists of all seniorities by department

The CC supports the CMs with working closely with the show teams to ensure the department is contributing to the timely and efficient completion of shows and is fostering an effective working department.
- Assist with managing new starter onboarding, chasing ticket requests and ensuring new starters have received their correct kit
- Giving Shot Gun Access to all new starters (and artists moving shows)
- Departmental calendar management and meeting bookings
- Note-taking in departmental meetings

The CC champions a positive and productive culture of high performance, supporting the brand as a global industry leader in visual effects.
- Organising and leading department engagement activities
- Manage and coordinate department reward and recognition activities in line with company values
- Ensures that the department team understands and adheres to the MPC policies and processes
- Be an advocate of diversity and inclusivity
- Act as an ambassador to promote MPC within the local film community
- Support MPC’s external positioning by actively sharing social posts

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Knowledge of the visual effects industry
- Experience in customer service
- Previous experience using scheduling tools e.g. Shotgun would be advantageous

Attributes:

- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Good organization and the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Clear and confident communicator
- Strong attention to detail
