- **61,918 - 71,165 per annum, depending on experience**

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Packaging Operators who are passionate about production and keen to develop their careers in a world-class manufacturing environment. **_Key Responsibilities:_**
- Safety: A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of all team members.
- Efficient Packaging Operations: Set up, operate, and maintain packaging line machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure products are packaged to the highest quality standards and comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshooting & Collaboration: Identify and resolve issues on the packaging line while working closely with engineering and maintenance teams to minimise downtime. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process optimisations and enhancements to keep operations running at peak performance.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A background in packaging, chemical production, FMCG manufacturing, or similar industries.(preferred)
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely in a production environment.
- Demonstrated ability to read/interpret/follow instructions in regard to workplace documentation, such as SOP’s, Operator Manuals, Work Instructions, etc.
- A team player who communicates effectively and fosters a collaborative work culture.
- Willingness to take ownership of your role while supporting team accountability. Physical ability to work on your feet for extended periods and operate production machinery.
