With access to the latest in Dental technology such as; Trios, laser, 3D printers, milling machines, 3D radiography (CBCT), and intravenous sedation; our clinicians offer the gold standard in clinical treatments.

As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to day running of an eight-surgery clinic and it’s laboratory. You will utilise your previous experience in dentistry or Practice Management to further improve systems and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory protocols and industry standards. You will contribute to the continued growth of the clinic through the delivery of marketing initiatives and the continued integration of our brand into the local community. Above all else, you will possess exceptional people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams. Building strong relationships with all Practice Clinicians and employees. Leading, managing, and providing expert advice and constructive guidance to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
**About You**:
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills, attention to detail and time management and enjoy a busy environment
- Good knowledge of D4W, EFTPOS, Medicare, DVA, and Private Health Fund billing
- Proactivity and initiative to drive and growth the business.
- Strong training and development experience.
- Some management experience.
- Proven ability to develop, manage, and support a growing dental practice
- Previous experience as a front office coordinator or a leadership role in a dental environment will be highly regarded.

**Duties**:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice.
- Hiring, training, and supervising administrative staff.
- Managing finances, including budgets and payroll.
- Collaborating with medical personnel to develop and assess business strategies.
- Monitoring inventory and placing orders for resupply.
- Ensuring our practice complies with industry regulations.
- Interacting with patients and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Organizing patient records.
- Conducting regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Working as a team to ensure the practice runs effectively and meets objectives.
Qualification:
- AQF Diploma or Higher
- 3 years of experience in related field
**Salary**:
- $75,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation
Full Time:
- 38 hours per week
**About the Practice**:
E Dental Perth is a private practice located 5 minutes from the Perth City centre. We are open 7 days, from 08:00am - 08:00pm. Our practice is brand new and offers the latest in Digital Dentistry with technology including; 3D x-ray imaging, 3D digital scanners, laser, and digital design techniques incorporating milling and 3D printing.& fully digital with D4W, digital x-ray, 3D Scanner and CBCT/OPG on site and HiCAPS facilities available. We offer a variety of preventative, restorative and cosmetic dentistry within the clinic. Our team are all preferred providers for major health funds (provided through the practice) and are also registered with Medicare. We are preferred providers for HBF, Medibank, BUPA, HCF, NIB, CBHS & Smile.
Our underlying vision is to provide our patients with the gold standard in dental care. Our continued professional development with the latest in dentistry, and preferred provider ship is indicative of this approach.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
