**Job Profile**:
Gold Disability Services is currently looking for an experienced Operation Manager to join our growing team. A highly skilled and passionate operation manager with extensive experience in mental health, in-home care and disability background in the NDIS. As the operation manager with over 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of our in-home care with a focus on SIL services. Your primary objective will be to oversee, optimise and implement our operational model and strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement operational plans
- foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families, support coordinators and community group
- lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Business development to increase our client base
- Focus on strategic growth building, especially for SIL and in-home care
- Extended services into new NDIS opportunity
- Complying with compliance and legislation
- Driving growth strategy, and evolving our values
- Be adaptable to step in to support the team when needed
- Project coordination and delivery
- Continuously assess the quality of customer experience, care practices, and service delivery, implementing improvements to uphold excellence

About you:

- Extensive experience in the disability sector, with strong knowledge of NDIS standard
- Proven record in management and business growth aligned with NDIS compliance
- Background in disability services and or related fields
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
- Leadership skills to motivate teams and drive success
- Strategic and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrate ability to work autonomously or within a team
- Knowledge of the NDIS industry and relevant legislation.

**Requirements**:
NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.

Working with Children Check - Employee.

First Aid and CPR certification.

Current Police Check.

NDIS Worker Orientation Module.

COVID-19 Training Module.

Proof of COVID vaccination (preferred).

Two professional references.

Proof of qualifications.
