- Collaboration: Able to work well as part of a team, knowing when to take the lead on something and when to support others leading. Always focused on finding solutions.
- Self-management: Self-motivated, able to effectively prioritise their workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Delivery and outcome-focused approach: You deliver high-quality work that delivers results.

If you're motivated by autonomy and enjoy working with high-performing people who will push you to the stars, then this is the place for you We're a team of passionate people trying to make a difference. We take our team's culture incredibly seriously-we have big ambitions when it comes to what we do and how we do it.

**What success looks like**:

- After three months, you will have learnt about ClearScore and how it works, be able to deliver one-off campaigns with ease, have built relationships with key stakeholders, and delivered one major project (specifics tbc).
- After six months, you will have demonstrated strong accountability for trading and delivered another major project (specifics tbc).
- After 12 months, you will have started to identify the most significant opportunities in CRM at ClearScore, demonstrated your ability to prioritise and focus on the ones that will make a difference, and proven yourself as a critical contributor to the ANZ business.

**Why ClearScore?**

ClearScore's mission is to provide financial wellbeing to millions of people around the world. We do this by empowering users to own their data, making it clear and easy to understand, and showing that information in a calming manner. We are user-centric at our core, and we believe in leveraging technology to enable positive financial choices. We are design-led and data-driven, and we embed these behaviours in everything we do. Our company culture is a fundamental part of all we have achieved. We believe in hiring smart, driven, passionate and diverse people who are keen on impacting our organisation. We trust you to manage your time and offer flexible work and no fixed desk hours. We don't micromanage and believe in measuring outcomes rather than putting in effort. We have an inclusive culture where all, regardless of seniority, are encouraged to contribute with their ideas, look after their wellbeing and actively seek opportunities for career growth.
