Implementing Luxury focused loyalty initiatives to elevate customer engagement and retention across both store and digital channels. Joining an iconic Australian Luxury Brand, to deliver CRM objectives and drive the overall roadmap.
**The Role**:
You will be responsible for continuing to innovate and implement successful Marketing Automation & CRM strategies, to drive Loyalty, retention and new customer acquisition, globally, including luxury clientelling in-store.
You will be focused on delivering omni-channel campaigns for Digital & Retail, optimising the digital experience, enhancing customer engagement and helping to grow the brand beyond the rest of the Luxury market.
**About You**:
- An extensive data segmentation background, with knowledge of high-profile Customer Data Platforms
- Knowledge of automation systems such as Braze, Hubspot or Salesforce would be highly advantageous
- A genuine passion for customer engagement and working to enhance the online digital journey
- A strong background in developing omni-channel strategies to drive a clear Luxury in-store and Online experience
- Experience working within a Global team would be highly regarded
