**Our Client**

Our client is a premier property management company in the Inner West with a proven track record of success and a commitment to delivering personalised, exceptional service to their clients.

Their team is a cohesive ambitious group that offers opportunities for professional growth & career progression

**Duties**
- Day to day management of 130 properties (90% are units in Wentworth Point and Rhodes area - easy to manage and have been well looked after)
- Collaborating with your support team comprising Property Officer, Virtual Assistant and the Trust Accountant
- Arears management
- Undertake routine & final inspections (no ingoing inspections)
- Conduct rent reviews & Lease renewals
- Liaising with and building relations with landlords & tenants

**Specific requirements**
- At least 12 months experience in portfolio management
- A current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- Must be bilingual in Chinese Mandarin
- Driver’s license and own vehicle
