**The opportunity**
- As a Direct Executive Banker in the Melbourne Metro region, you will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of the ME Home Lending Business Plan by building on your existing and ever-growing network and portfolio of clients, providing great financial outcomes for our customers. You will be on the road meeting with potential clients and helping them navigate the home lending process, responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with clients, and bringing in new business.

You should be able to listen to our clients' needs and provide them with the right home lending solution for their unique situation.

- You are results driven, self-motivated, someone who is always on the hunt for new and innovative ways to expand and grow your customer base - while keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do. People are naturally drawn to you, you’re a confident and outgoing people person, who builds relationships easily. You take a proactive and flexible approach to your role, and you don’t shy away from public speaking either.
