**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Experience Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end occupant experience within the Canberra corporate location of our client - Australia’s largest telecommunications company.
You’ll be the key point of contact for our client, regarding any workplace activities at the site level. Oversee the day-to-day service delivery ensuring compliance to SOP’s, delivery guides and SLA’s. Ensure the workplace experience for all staff and guests is a welcoming and memorable one
**An Overview of the role**:
Oversee the maintenance and operations of vendors for soft services
Support the development and implementation of strategic and operational business plans for facilities and driving effective financial management
Daily management of work orders using JLL in-house management system
Assist in budgeting, invoice approval and monthly financial reporting
Go-to onsite contact for facilities and property queries
Ensure maintenance requests are actioned within specified timeframes
Coordinate conference room booking and prepare conference rooms for meetings
Oversee catering for special events as required
Uphold site cleanliness and provide direction to cleaning staff to ensure spaces are kept clean and tidy
Monitor onsite health, safety and risk management
