**About Us**

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) who regulates three statutory insurance schemes in NSW. This role sits in our Health Provider Supervision (HPS) team in the Health Policy Prevention & Supervision (HPPS) Directorate. The overarching goal of the HPPS team is lead, facilitate and support effective regulation of health and related service providers to ensure our customers have optimal recovery and health outcomes across the NSW personal injury schemes.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Willingness to learn including with influencing regulated entities and stakeholders to achieve scheme objectives
- Assist in the supervision of health providers within the compensable schemes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide operational support, including monitoring and updates on deliverables relating to priorities with the supervision of health providers
- Undertake research and data analysis in preparation of regulatory supervision activity to support informed decision making and planning for the team
- Assist the team to complete tasks and implement supervision activity to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the team
- Provide a range of administrative services, including coordination of meetings, and preparing documentation to support project delivery

**About you**:

- Have an understanding of regulatory processes
- Knowledge and experience with data analysis to support scheme objectives
- knowledge and understanding of legislation and guidelines relevant to SIRA’s personal injury compensation schemes
- willingness to learn how to influence regulated entities and stakeholders to achieve scheme objectives
- works cohesively as part of the team in a fast-paced environment
- strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
