Are you looking to lead a motivated and dynamic team to continue the delivery of client-centred social support group programs? In this role you will work in collaboration with a Social Support Program Leader and Program Workers; clients and their carers to deliver high quality services aligned with the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and the Support for Carers Program (SCP) program guidelines

**About the Role**
- Support the development and implementation of centre and community-based activities that are stimulating, culturally relevant, promotes wellbeing and reablement and aligns with Commonwealth the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Support for Carer guidelines.
- Supervise, develop and motivate staff, fostering a positive workplace culture where staff feel engaged, empowered and supported.
- Contribute as an active member of the leadership team identifying opportunities for improved integration of Council’s CHSP services driving continuity of care and enhanced customer experience.
- Actively contribute to ongoing orientation of the service to adapt to and align with the Commonwealth Aged Care Reforms and relevant corporate strategies.
- Oversee the financial sustainability of program resources, improved compliance and risk management.

**Skills & Experience**
- A tertiary qualification in Community Development, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or related discipline and experience in leading a team to deliver community services to clients.
- Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds including those with memory loss, disability, cultural diversity and social isolation.
- A current employee Working with Children Card.
- A current Victorian Driver’s Licence
