**About our Opportunity**

**About you**

We’re looking for someone who brings strong customer service and office administration experience, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative approach. You’ll be a well-organised team player who contributes to a positive work environment, remains pragmatic when resolving customer issues, and doesn’t get rattled by a busy day or challenging calls.

You will have:

- The ability to quickly gain competency with our SAP system
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong work ethic
- Confidence and resilience on the phone, including with difficult or upset customers
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Experience in customer service and office administration (windows and doors industry experience and SAP knowledge highly regarded)
- A positive attitude and willingness to support your team
- Commitment to a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
