**About Northern Beaches Hospital**
Operated by Healthscope, Northern Beaches Hospital (NBH) is located in Frenchs Forest, only 13kms north of Sydney CBD. The hospital is a contemporary 488 bed facility comprising of 60% public and 40% private beds. Providing a wide range of health services to the local community, including Surgery, a 50 bed Emergency Department, Intensive Care, Birthing, Paediatrics, Cardiac, Mental Health, Dialysis, Cancer Centre and Outpatients.

NBH has 13 operating theatres, one hybrid/cardiac catheter theatre, two Catheter Laboratories and four endoscopy procedure rooms, all supported by a critical care unit which includes two intensive care wards.

**Your Role**
- Work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure the NBH quality program supports the organisation’s strategic direction and service excellence
- Play a lead role in ensuring NBH meets the requirements of the National Safety and Quality Healthcare Services (NSQHS) standards
- Promote clinical excellence by working collaboratively with clinicians to implement positive change
- Support clinical risk management through incident investigation and analysis
- Support the organization to ensure compliance with legislative requirements
- Lead and coordinate hospital audits and improvement projects

Your Capabilities:

- Excellent Analytical skills and the ability to problem solve.
- Tertiary qualifications in a health discipline
- Minimum 3 years post graduate experience in an acute hospital
- Experience in clinical auditing processes
