**About the role**

As the Reporting Specialist, you support our customer purpose by providing business intelligence and reporting services to support our leaders making sound data driven business decisions. You support reporting capability across the contact centre and maximise opportunities to champion the benefits of business intelligence and reporting at all levels.

To achieve this, you will have the opportunity to partner with teams across the Bank such as Product, Digital, Operations, Enablement and Contact Centre Leaders, to understand what is needed to generate quality insights and to ensure the required outcomes are delivered.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Explore and quantify problems and opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to implement solutions that drive our business forward.
- Enhance and continuously improve data quality, data model processes, methods, and tools to ensure business activities are fit for purpose to achieve business outcomes.
- Build and maintain and automate dashboards to meet stakeholder requirements including investigating, analysing, and interpreting needs and leveraging tools and definitions.
- This includes design, development, and production of ad-hoc reports in line with customer requirements, business needs and systems development life cycle.
- You support stakeholders with self-service tools and datasets and where required work with the Business Intelligence Developers to ensure datasets are relevant.

**What you need to bring**
- Thorough understanding of contact centres and contact centre platforms.
- Experience with CX-ONE, SASVA, Workforce Management Tools and Systems.
- Proven experience in data analysis, automating dashboard reporting, continuous improvement of data, reporting, and stakeholder experience.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Power point, Outlook, Word and Power BI.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT and CC platforms would be advantageous.
- This role can be located in either Brisbane or Melbourne
