Scribble Children's Therapy is an Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology clinic located in Melbourne. We are currently preparing for the open of our brand new, Essendon branch. We are seeking a driven and passionate Recruitment specialist to join our team and elevate our services.

**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team.

Within this role you will be responsible for:

- Monitoring and identifying our organisation's vacancies
- Becoming an active member on LinkedIn, Seek and Indeed to explore and connect with talents
- Organising and managing job listings, utilising their communication skills to write creative adverts
- Holding a strong knowledge of the hiring requirements for each position
- Organising and conducting interviews
- Managing recruitment activities, such as attending recruitment events, expos and more
- Being attendant to the reception desk to greet our clients when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Essendon, VIC 3040: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
