What does the job look like?

We're currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor to join our team at Essendon Fields. This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity, ideal for someone looking to grow in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You'll play a key role in sourcing top talent, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering a seamless recruitment experience.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure compliance with Linfox standards.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and industry networks.

• Previous experience in talent acquisition, ideally in blue-collar/trade or agency settings.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Australian permanent residency or citizenship.

Further information

You will be required to meet Linfox's employment criteria which will include but not be limited to a criminal history check and full medical with a drug and alcohol test.

Applicants will require eligibility to obtain a minimum level of Baseline security clearance as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA), which may include the ability to obtain Australian citizenship. Maintenance of this level of clearance at all times during employment in this position is an inherent requirement of the role.
