Job Summary:
Detailed Description:

- Conduct routine repair, diagnosis, service, support, and upgrades to all Solutions products.
- Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, system users and company personnel.
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently with little supervision.
- Maintain and manage the inventory of service spare parts.
- Technician will also be required to carry out any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the company from time to time.

Requirements:

- Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, proficient with using electronic test equipment as required.
- A degree or tertiary qualification in electronics or prior work experience in a related field.
- Fluency in English and strong Communication Skills—oral, written & listening to ensure effective communication with team members, customers, and organizational leadership.
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office package).
- Experience with SAP or CRMs desirable.
