Guaranteed minimum annual salary $50K (full-time equivalent) and an uncapped commission structure
- Be able to work independently
- Achieve individual KPIs / targets
- Be flexible to work on weekends as well as weekdays
- Be an energetic team player with excellent communication skills
- Manage till stock
- Demonstrated math proficiency and analytical skills
- This role will require someone who is a clear communicator, has attention to detail, is organised and makes sure that above all else, their customers leave happy.
